Changing My Thinking

I am currently in a 21 day eat freggies one time per day challenge. I know that one time per day isn't quite enough, but I find that setting a minimum that I know I can reach makes me feel successful. Success breeds success.

I am finding after 13 days that I am planning around the fruits and vegetables that I am going to eat instead of the main course. So, as a retrain my brain and get it out of lock down thinking, I am feeling better mentally and physically.

I am going to continue this challenge through Freggie February and am looking forward to Move It March.
