Hi all, sorry for the long absence, looks like Thanksgiving made me fall of the bandwagon a bit.
I have still been working on my health since November but in January I decided to stop weighing myself daily and I haven't weighed myself since early January. Weighing myself daily was affecting my mood too much.
I've decided to use measurements instead. I'm planning on weighing myself eventually, but I don't know when that will be.
Right now my goals are on my waist measurements, and I seem to be doing well. Since November, I've lost a bit over 2 inches off my waist as of today! My short term goal is to get a waist measurement of 28" and I'm aiming to achieve that by the end of next week.
I probably won't be posting daily again, but I'll try to post when possible. My progress hasn't been as quick as I'd hoped, but I have made progress in the last three months rather than the opposite, and that's put me in a good mood!
