****I tried to add pictures but SP won't upload emoticon

I haven't logged in, interacted or done much with this site for a few months. Not sure why because I really miss my cyber friends. I made some pretty special ones that I think about a lot. With this pandemic, life has changed so much for everyone and mental illness has taken a toll on many. My family has been very fortunate and I thank GOD for our health and blessings.

My husband's job does not have an option to work from home. Although I do have the ability, it's not ideal for me to work from home. Last year, I spent approximately a total of 3 weeks working from home. My oldest daughter has worked from home since mid-March and will continue indefinitely. Her husband worked from home from mid-March through May. My youngest daughter was a traveling nurse and her contract was cancelled in April. She finally found another job in October (not a travel contract) that keeps her close to home. I am currently quarantined due to a close contact. Although the close contact tested positive, no symptoms for any of us have evolved. As long as it stays that way, I can return to the office next week. Praying that we all stay symptom-free.

My weight has been pretty much steady within 5 pounds. I joined a gym in November and attend as often as I can, which has been 2-4 times per week. Of course, with quarantine, I haven't been in a bit. I try my best to eat sensibly but I think I stress myself out too much to where I constantly think about food. I'm working on relaxing and just trusting that I am where I'm supposed to be. What else can I do?? I had hoped to drop some pounds before a girls vacation that I am (hopefully) going to be taking soon. We all need a break from the cold and gloom from this past year.

I wish everyone the best of health and happiness for the upcoming year and beyond!
