Well, I've discovered that my husband really likes the Mediterranean flavors, so it finally occurred to me that maybe I should check into that diet. Have spent the last week studying and experimenting a little.
Typically I don't change a diet in the middle of a challenge, but I am switching from the DASH plan to the Mediterranean Diet. I always allow myself a little wiggle room when I choose a plan, because it has to be something that works for me with my Hubby. So . . . first try at a new recipe last night was a real hit! It's just interesting, and I like interesting. I think a lot of times we don't feel satisfied when we eat the same thing over and over. For me that spells trouble.
Here's to change! (I'm not a big fan of change, but I think this will be a good one!)
