February Goals

Good Afternoon Spark Family!
Janurary I didn't do too much goal setting (at least I do not remember) but it was a month of being put on actual medication...
And for the most part it is working, food still triggers the outbreaks, and so does stress...
I had 3 outbreaks for the month and then ended the month with a doosey! a 3 day outbreak!
We lost an Aunt Thursday night( Friday the outbreak started) so this time it was stress related, I also slept for nearly 2 days straight which was very unusual for me but it happened...
I also went for blood work early in the month( I get blood work every single visit for my medication trial appointments) and it came back a little concerning, had to go back in a few days later and they are still very off...so now they are waiting for my February appointment which is next week and if it is still off then I will be going for more blood work and tests...I have been down this road twice now for the 2 that was off , once was for a lump in my breast, and the other was extreme fibroid growth ( had 10 fibroids grow in a 7 month span) and had surgery for both to try and beat/fight cancer....as you all know Cancer is so huge on both sides of my family...so 2 of those tests are the ones that is off again, and my muscle enzyemes is really high...so if there is no change then back to extreme testing ....AGAIN...
FYI- this has nothing to do with the trial medication ,as I was off all trial medications/placebos for 2 months...this blood work was done before they prescribed me my new pills......
Workouts for the month was on average 2 days a week...and then would be in the most pain for days afterwards...this makes sence with the muscle enzyemes being high ...
weight loss this month alone I lost 15 pounds...which considering I am not working out and my eating has not changed much this concerns me a bit....
So my goals for this month is pray and hope my blood work is fine next week,
changing my workouts to strictly treadmill, and barre workouts for now,,,nothing to intense in hopes that I would not pay for it for days after every workout...
weight loss of course I would love to loose 7 pounds this month...that would bring me exactly at the half way mark of the weight I gained over the last few years...
Will go back to my Chiropractor stretches for my back and hips as I will be slowly bringing my clients back and being out for 2 days this week my hips feel it BIG TIME!
This is another reason why I am doing barre, it is alot of moves for stretching, and proper movement so hopefully I will see and feel a difference in body...
Focus on 3 days for now then hopefully move up to 5 days...
I am just gonna keep it as simple as possible, until I see what is needed from me after next week...
