Sorry I haven't posted lately but I've been 'Up and down on the scales' and with my mood (still worried about the Virus somedays but try to rationalise it).
I found it really hard to get back on plan after Christmas, there were too many treats around which needed cleaning up!!! (ha ha any excuse!)
Every day (almost) I have been for a walk around my neighbourhood mostly with my daughter which I have thoroughly enjoyed. And many days, most week days in January and some in February I have been doing at least 30 mins Hasfit training which is on the Internet with my 1kg and 2kg weights, I love doing this and guess it will help keep my muscles strong. My girl asked me before Christmas if it was as good as chocolate for the spirit and course I said NO! (wish it was)
We had a little snow today but its melted now, really pleased we don't have it very often. I slipped though today and got a wet behind (so cold and wet) so was a little miserable for a while and felt silly but carried on walking and my wet (and cold) gloves felt worse than my wet trousers! I picked myself up and kept on going! I know that is what I have to do with my healthy lifestyle too, if I make a mistake with my food choice then I have to pick myself up and continue pushing,
