My progress over the past week

I am very happy with the 5% Winter LTGL challenge for last week and this week.
"Follow Your Diet = 10 points for being reasonably close (you decide), or I BLEW IT! 0 points! If you are in maintenance and staying within your range, you get 10 points too!"
This resulted in me following the Heart Smart outline as laid out on the nutrition tracker. I never have eaten a lot of beans, but found out this week that they really do keep you full and they replaced meat in snacks and meals. I've found a few meals that I really like, I'm pumped about getting my heart healthier, cholesterol down, and feeling good!
