january 29 day 3 of new program

I am getting used to my late eating and keto food
The bad news I cant walk and then tried to jog wed so now my knee is so bad I can hardly walk
so for now no activity but weights yoga stretching ect
snow is coming at least thats what they say OHIO we have had just dustings all winter in our area
church tomorrow
bacon and eggs for dinner tomorrow night I dont start eating until 4pm
i get up and just give myself a pep talk I have to loose this weight now emoticon

    I am doing a wonderful program you can google or if you have PBS, it might be on there...Essentrics by Amanda Esmonde White...they are wonderful and helping me tremendously! I do the stretches daily...all over body stretches!

    Be carful with what you chose to do!! I speak from experience as now I’m sporting around two new knees & a new hip!! Have you tried to ride an inside bike for the weather??
