During the 2021 Winter 5% challenge, I have taken some time off because of pain from plantar fasciitis which limits time on my feet. I have finally come to my senses enough to realize that there are many other things I could be doing. Walking has always been my go-to exercise, but if life gives me lemons, then I should make lemonade. I like doing Pilates, but I will have to work around my little Shihpoo., which I can find a way to do. Since I don't go to the gym, there are also many exercises I can do with dumbbells. There are chair exercises and body weight strength training exercises. So, goodbye to excuses and hello to action. I have found so much support from friends and teammates on Spark People, that I am determined to be as successful as I can. This is not the time to stop.
