Almond Milk

First, Thank you to all who took the time to read my previous blogs. As you know, I have been managing my BP with diet. Strayed off a bit and had some take out and ate meat the last few meals. Sure enough it raised. Not high enough to be concerned but I will keep my eye on it. I really feel it is the sodium. We will see.

As part of my PB regimen as well as lactose intolerance, I drink plant milk. I ran out yesterday, so I made my own which I have done before. A handful of soaked almonds and 3 cups of water and here you have it in less time than it takes to start the car, fresh almond milk. Nothing but almonds and water. It is sooo rediculously easy that I doubt I will buy it again.

Started some Cilantro, Basil and the little pot is a strawberry- look how much they have grown in 2 weeks. Strawberry is off to a slow start, I put a little plastic bag over it today and it grew 2x in size. So I put plastic back on the big ones as well to see what they will do.
