🌨️. Walk, shoveled snow, 26 modified push-ups, Wii sports and marching in place, 3 of 15 squats and calf raises, and 3 of 15 core and lower body workout. 15,000+ steps. Had a great day and got my walk in before the snow got really bad. Was able to get some Wii sports before the first game which we didn't even get. So hubby pouted and watched other stuff while I got steps and other stuff done. Calories are good. That's 2 days in a row! 16 cups of water. Tomorrow my plan is set. Just have to execute. Hopefully the sidewalks will be clear when I go for my walk if not it will be a really long slow walk. Thanks for all the wonderful and supportive comments you continually provide.
