After The Storm

A couple days ago I wrote about the despair I felt after making some poor food choices. I took a Mental Health rest day and it worked! Thursday night I sat staring at my computer. Browsing the internet and Pinterest without success searching for some inspiration to fill my emotional bucket. Friday morning wasn't any better. I opened my computer and browsed some more. Then FINALLY - - - my bucket became full enough with serotonin good vibes and began to spill over! The storm was over. One step at a time I returned to my "normal" - washed & dressed for the day, healthy breakfast and lunch and dinner, bed made (who cares that it was 4 p.m.!), bathroom cleaned, and laundry started.
