21 Day Challenge Complete

I completed the 21 Day Sugar Busting Challenge and I have to say that it has really helped. I have learned to drink more water, to eat Chromium rich foods to help with sugar cravings, and have managed to cut my extra sugar intake. I think I have a good handle on my bedtime candy cravings now.
This week I lost almost 2 pounds. It's amazing what one little change will do.
Now, it's on to the next one. I am not sure what I am going to work on yet, but I have a few days until the start of next month.
