Well Hubby lost a lot of weight a couple of years ago. He got back into his eating habits of eating seconds, snacking on all the wrong things, etc and put the wieght back on. Not as much be he has set on his own quest to get it under control. I try to cook well at out house but he will get a big fat muffin in the morning with his coffee, so on. Now he takes a big salad to work with him and nay leftover protein we have leftover and eats it over the greens usually without any dressing. He has sardines to put on top, fish steaks, tuna, salmon, etc. He also does no order anything fried when we go out. It is working for him but slowly. Last night he ate the veggies and saved the grilled chop to go on his salad today.
