As I posted earlier today, coach said to write down 3 recent accomplishments that you are proud of. They can be from anywhere.

I was part of the team at work that got a major project out to the client on time and they are happy with it. In fact, for all the time I put in over the last 2 months, my bosses gave me an MVP award with a monetary value as a thank you.

I completed 8 tests to be eligible to be made the Captain of a ship (chapter) of my book club.

Today I logged every bite that went into my mouth for the first time this year. I usually forget something, but today I wrote it down first.
