Yesterday I was lazy. I had the day off and I did almost nothing. Watched TV and played games on my tablet and provided a place for the cat to curl up.
I've had days like that in the past and I end up grazing in the kitchen and then deciding it is too much work to log what I've eaten and in the end I wake up the next day and feel like I need to start all over, but yesterday was different. I didn't do much, but I did make myself log what I ate and that kept me from mindless eating. I also had a glass of water in the kitchen and every time I wandered over to look in the fridge or the cupboard I took a sip or two of water.

In the evening I managed to get some walking in, so while I didn't meat my step goal I was only about 1000 off, not my usual thousands off. It was a nice quite relaxing day, but the best part is that today I don't regret it and I'm not starting over, I'm continuing with what I've been doing.
