I did the 8-glass water challenge last year and was surprised that I actually got that in. That was nice to know. Of course, some of that was coffee, tea or sparkling water. Do these count?
Today I read an article on water which was great. I knew soda was out - too much sugar - which was no hardship to eliminate. But what about the other waters? I have a soda stream and use it for a change. Are there draw backs? What is the difference between sparkling water, mineral water, seltzer, and club soda? Read on!
My take always are
1) drink sparkling water with food to avoid acidic damage to your teeth,
2) avoid adding sugar or artificial sweeteners that can trigger cravings, and
3) drink water (in any form) to stay hydrated.
I can do this. Yeah!
