No Reactions, Some Fluctuation, No Excuses Allowed!

Glad to report neither hubby nor I ran a fever or had any reaction to vaccine other than a slightly sore arm.

I fluctuated out of goal weight range earlier this week. Well, it wasn't totally a fluctuation; there was some overeating involved. But, anyway, I'm back in range for the second day. Would really like to lose 2-3 more pounds so that I have a cushion. I will do it!

I haven't run because of my very bruised sore toe. OK, it's much better. Now it is getting to be an excuse. Tomorrow I will run for sure!!
