Going strong with no flour, no sugar

Age 67. The key to my losing weight is now that I rarely eat foods made with any kind of flour and also eat minimal sugars and sweeteners. I do eat regular fats and do not try to eat low fat. I eat lots of vegetables and fish and rarely have desserts. About once a week I eat something with flour and/or sugar and have thus far lost about 30 pounds. My goal weight is 122 and I plan to get there in the next 3 months with exercise and following my eating plan. I also find that I do not get very hungry when I eat high fat. I have also stopped snacking. I eat 3 meals daily and eat until satisfied - but not stuffed. My goals this year including getting down to 122 and staying there are getting more fit and toned. As I get older - I'm getting better!
