New Year ... New Goals!

2020 ... what a ride! Sadly, the ride is still going. I feel blessed that my family is healthy and nothing extreme has come our way. I am hoping my 86-year-old aunt will receive a vaccine soon, as one resident at her independent living resort has tested positive. This lockdown is much more serious than the previous two. Fingers crossed.
I don’t make resolutions, but I do set goals. My SP goals in 2020 were a huge success! I want to thank my SP friends, teams, leaders, and challenges for so much support.
My new goals will include that last five pounds, plus the holiday five that snuck back on. I own it. Ten is doable, considering I managed sixty quite handily. Again, I will complete (with gusto!) the 8-week 5% Challenge. My Fitbit tracking will keep me active and my SP tracking will keep my nutrition healthy. This strategy works, so no magic tricks, packaged foods or drinks, or diet pills needed. Real food in moderation. Normal!

And don’t you just love the SP tracker options? I have switched mine up a few times, but went back to the pounds lost tracker. I LOVE seeing how far I’ve come, and it will continue to motivate me to get to the end. I sure hate moving it back to the left. Thank goodness the holiday chocolate and baking is gone! Now, if only COVID-19 would be gone.
