New year, new challenges

I know I'm not the only one who got thrown for a loop in 2020. Races had become my big motivation for exercise, and virtual 5Ks and such just don't provide the same community feel, so I fell WAY off the wagon fitness-wise. But a few weeks ago my friends and I started a regular saturday meet to work out together, and now my goal is to get in shape enough to do those more effectively (I've been aching every Sunday). I'm going to get Peloton app for workouts - my friends use it and there is a lot not bike-related on there - HIIT, yoga, strength, etc. - though I'm also excited about the virtual spin classes (I put my road bike on a trainer for the winter). It's time to find my new fitness normal, because last year was pretty much a wash.
