Goal Board & Dry January

I did something I've never done before, I created a goal board. I signed up for a Street Parking membership in November. I haven't been super active, but I'm getting there. Yesterday I created my goal board. It has coloring trackers for Dry January (no alcoholic beverages), 75 workouts, The Vault (a series of 25 workouts), and the weekly Endurance workout. These are my goals for the year. I think the hardest will be Dry January, but we'll see. I also set up an Instagram account to keep myself accountable and to connect with others. I'm loving having a garage gym and I'm loving support and programming at Street Parking.
Dry January came about because of a Street Parking member challenge. I really struggle with drinking, so having the challenge, tracking sheet, and accountability should help.
