I walked 10 miles total Monday- Thursday this week. Rainy weather was forecast for Friday and weekend, so I wanted to get it in. This is a new consistent high walking for me. Also, completed days 1-4 of Yoga with Adriene. Since me 63rd birthday is January 4th I'm trying
to set up a new healthy routine. Any one want to be an accountabilty partner for healthy habits?
