I'm going to try some daily blogs to process how my challenge is going. They may not be very exciting, but I think it will be helpful for me.
Yesterday was January 1, the first day of my new challenge, and my eating was not great! I stayed on plan, but I wasn't prepared. I had a good breakfast and a good snack, but then I got busy and didn't eat again until 9pm. By then, I had a solid headache going. These days, I don't want to mess around with random symptoms!
What I learned from yesterday. I HAVE TO watch out for myself. I kept telling myself, oh, I'll be fine. But I was not fine. In the future, I will keep snacks with me and I will EAT them when I need to eat them.
Yesterday's healthy decisions:
I got up early.
I went for a walk.
I avoided caffeine.
I stayed on my plan.
I had some quality social time.
Today I'm going to try to do better on the eating front.
