First day back on track!

Now that Christmas is over I am working my way back to my habits. Right now trying to get strength back into my routine, add yoga, and increasing my cardio (I still did that regularly for mental health reasons. That alone was to keep me going).
I'm also committing to drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day (I'm up to 13 now)... boy I'm surprised I haven't had to pee more.
I also got Alexa set up to play nature sounds at night instead of letting the TV play in the background (a bad habit I started 6 years ago when I was struggling with Anxiety badly).
Here's to charging into 2021!
