With Christmas in the rear view mirror I jumped on the scale this morning to find I'd gained 2 pounds since last week. But I know exactly why. Too many wheat thins with port wine cheeseball spread. That and hitting the peanut M&M's after convincing myself the nuts were good for me. 2 pudding parfaits. But that's OK.... All temptations are gone and it's back to work. One thing the past year has shown me is that I CAN do this. Still down 80 pounds and no longer drinking Pepsi. #progress

    I am also up 2 pounds. But I know with better eating, water, exercise, etc. it will drop off soon. You can do it.

    I too gained 3 lbs since last week. Need to work on flushing body out.
