Did 15 minutes of Leslie Sansone DVD today.
Going to plan for at least 10 minutes a day for the rest of December.
200 minutes for the rest of the month.
I think that's reasonable since I haven't exercised in so long!
It's a start.
It feels good.
Yes, it feels good to exercise and it feels good to be back!!!!!
