Spoke to my son's girlfriend and was able to get hinted on some gifts that would be welcomed by her kids. We were able to buy some gifts that were going to be appreciated. Good feeling to buy gifts for a 10 and 7 year old that they will like.

For some reason this year. I had a difficult time deciding what to get my granddaughter. She has a lot of play things - some at my house and some at hers. Once I started talking with her, I came up with a few things. It does seem to make Christmas more special when there's a child around.
