December 2020 Goals

Lose at least 4 pounds
Drink 8+ glasses of water a day ( I have a bead tracker for water)
Track my nutrition and exercise daily: Continue to work with my dietician and get up and walk for 10 minutes at least 3 times each day. Find and do chair exercises.
Participate to the best of my ability in the Winter Biggest Loser Challenge with the Pink Flamingos
Weigh myself weekly
Skincare routine in morning and evening
Gratitude journaling in the evening, practice meditation and guided imagery exercises and deep breathing for pain management.
I also need to rest to recover from Covid.
I rejoined Weight Watchers as the monthly fee is half the price it once was. I plan attending the virtual meetings to help keep me accountable. Sparkpeople will also help me with accountability.
