December Goals

I joined a new team: I Love My Body

December goals challenge:
drink OJ with fresh ginger daily for arthritis pain
keep leg swelling controlled by less salt, raising my legs as much as possible
walking outside at least 5 min. per day
lots of veggies, mostly from Misfits boxes

I know 5 min. of walking is not a lot but if I just get outside, probably I will keep walking. emoticon
