I want to be healthy like so many people. I don't know anyone who doesn't want to be healthy. The hard part is taking the action to become healthy. This time of year it is so easy to eat whatever we want when we want because let's face it most of us don't eat what I call holiday food all year long. So we tell ourselves the holidays only come once a year, so I am going to enjoy them. Ok, so let's eat the holiday food but let's also exercise at least 10 minutes a day, for those of us who haven't been exercising that is a start. If you are already exercise then add an extra 10 minutes a day to help balance out the "holiday food." The holidays can also be a stressful time in our lives, and so there comes the "stress eating". So my plan for the holidays are to make a few simple changes, add some exercise and more water and enjoy some of the holiday food.

    Great plan! I read once that if we didn't eat the good stuff only on those special days we are less likely to want to eat so much on the special days. Have a great Tuesday!
