The test square I'm making with the yarn I had laying around is turning out really well! Next I just need to get the colours I actually want and then I can get to work on a lap blanket for my aunt for Christmas. I think I'll turn this one into a cat cushion since it's been too much effort to stuff in a drawer like I usually do with my test projects. I didn't feel like doing my strength training today, but I'm glad I did because I felt more energetic after! I'm also using the custom Fitbit Coach workouts now instead of the ones labeled hard from the "beginner" program I tried and it's much better suited to my fitness level. Slightly on the too easy side, but I can modify and give feedback to improve that. I did well on the overall number of calories but not so great on the calorie breakdown (I had popcorn and chocolate but not breakfast) so I need to do better on the tomorrow. I got too used to daily treats at my parents' house!

    Love the project pic! Maybe you should schedule in some healthy snacks for a bit. I did sweetened lowfat cream cheese with apples or sabra makes a chocolate hummus if you want a chocolaty option. Both satisfied my cravings for crunchy and/or sweet things and didn't affect my macros badly.
