Need to remember for the future when I want to slack

Getting back in a work out routine is hard on my anxiety. It's really weird how it works. When I start a workout routine my anxiety flares on the workout "high." After several days of consistency that will stop and my anxiety will just about go away completely.
So this morning is rough. I did some cardio and thought I was fine but now for the last 45m my anxiety has been on a roller coaster.
I need to remember these things when I think I can skimp and not do what I committed myself to do.
