This is a picture of my mom back in I believe 1975. She and dad was in Germany at the time. Dad was stationed in Germany in the Air Force. There are times that I miss her and sometimes I don't. Her food is what I miss. I am not going to go into why I don't miss her. Too painful to mention. As you can tell in the picture, my mom was overweight. She was like that my entire life. She was a diabetic and a few other health problems. This is how she was. If the camera was out, she did this.
I made a not so healthy supper. Fried pork chop, instant mashed potatoes and peas. I got a frozen cherry pie and I baked it in the oven. I don't have a pie pan to make them. The pie and peas I got this past Thursday from the food pantry from the Methodist church here in town. The rest I got.
I am tired tonight. I swept and mopped the floors in the apartment, washed a couple of afghans that I made, took the trash out to the dumpster, cleaned out the fridge, washed dishes and fixed supper. I am tired and sore. I am wanting to go to bed right now.
