I have been back to work for a month now. I am still trying to figure out a work/life balance. I thought I was doing well and then the time change hit. I am slowing working on getting it back. I really need to get back on my routines. Those help me greatly. I believe the commute is throwing me for a loop. I am not used to it. On a good day, it doesn't take me a full hour to go round trip. (Thankfully my daughter does some of the cooking so dinner is about ready for when I get home.) I can make all sorts of excuses for why I am all "off". This week was my back was bothering me. Note to self, get doing yoga and stretching at night. I did figure out I wasn't raising my desk high enough when I stand to work for a stint. However, this is how we learn. I will get back into a groove to a point and they will send me to work from home for about 4 months. Life is definitely about being fluid and flexible.
