Chicken strip melt

I had some leftover chicken strips from a couple of days ago and I was hungry for a sandwich. I had an extra strip so I left it to the side. I don't have too many sandwiches like this at home. I got the medications from the doctor today for my triple threat of sinus problems. He prescribed another antibiotic and tylenol. Just wish that I had it last night because all three problems were with me. It was so bad that I couldn't even lay down in bed and use my light up crochet hook while working on my new afghan. I am hoping that this round of antibiotics (4th since August with my sinuses draining ) will help and the last
