Day 16

Another day that I worked out! I got through a half hour of exercising again. I haven't really lost the weight I gained when I overate earlier this week, so hopefully that happens soon. I'm waiting for that day when I look in the mirror and see a difference.

I need to try to improve the quality of the food I'm eating, as well. I haven't been eating too much, in general, but I've been eating things like pizza and nachos. Something to work on, at least increasing how many fruits and vegetables I eat.
