Today my grocery delivery came in. I included a ready salad in it, it contains edamame and tofu, so it has more nutritional value than most vegan salads out there. I will eat it for lunch today. For dinner I am planning on cooking cabbage stew with my mom's recipe. I have had the ingredients for a while now, so I really should make the dish. It will last me several days, which is a good thing in my books. Iknow not everybody likes to eat same food on several days in row. I love it that I can just heat it up, no cooking involved. The cabbage stew is really good and low calorie dish, very healthy.
I weighted myself yesterday, and thankfully the measures I took to counter the recent protein bar related weight gain have started to be effective, and both weight and body fat percentage were slightly down and my muscle mass was actually up! Must be those dumbbels I recently bought!
Talking of dumbbells, I am ready to start my workout for today. Few minutes on the trampoline, then 20 minutes with weights. Later maybe some indoor or outdoor walking.
