Weigh-in: November 7, 2020: Did we hit goal this week?

***Diet***
Had some good (normal) days earlier in the week. Fairly heavy meal Wednesday evening. Ran out of smoothie ingredients late in the week. Countered that by going heavier on the carbs Thursday and Friday.


***Exercise***
Walked every day. I gotta admit, I don't know why I'm not doing more than that exercise-wise. If you've ever been in that position where you are trying to reestablish an old habit that you know will pay off, but struggled to start and stay started, advice is appreciated (no articles please unless the advice was taken and worked).

Both of those as is, no surprise.....


***Weigh-In***
--Last Week: 196.4--21% (Lowest so far this go-round)
--This Week: 196.6--21%

***Reflection***
It really is just a matter of time. My midweek actually reflected a better number.


***Song***
Until I go below 195, I will continue to celebrate each weigh-in with a song from the year most similar to my weight (196 = 1996) and month closest to decimal (.6 = June)

I liked the song. Not sure if I owned the single or not, but still. Heard it a fair amount. One of those songs I looked up as soon as YouTube showed up.

Eagle-eyed readers will note that the songs before roughly mid-1997 represent a different perspective on life (more the type of songs one would listen to in the car with parents on the way to practice than with friends hanging at the mall). There are logistical reasons for that.


***Conclusion***
I really am going to put the full effort in to hit or go below 195 this week. Will take any real-life advice regarding starting and sticking to exercise. Will not eat out after Tuesday.

I need to hit goal weight and end this chapter.
