****DIET****
It's never been this extreme before, but when I consider eating out at this point it's....how you say....different.
Believe it or not, the thought of how gross I'm going to feel 30 minutes after is more dominant than the enjoyment of the first few minutes of consuming.
Not wanting to restrict myself, I've maintained my tradition of fast-food breakfast every Saturday. When I was 225-250 pounds it was the full-monte large Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, extra large hash-browns. And yes, the worker behind the counter would let me order a desert usually 'unavailable at breakfast'.
These past several months, that 'treat' breakfast has been reduced to a few value menu items and feels more like a chore than it does a treat. As such, I've literally not been able to force myself to partake for the past couple of weekends.
The large slice of meat-lovers special from the local NY-Style pizza place is a now a one-topping sausage or meatball and still feels disgusting after the first few bites.
****EXERCISE****
I've dialed back the time and intensity of the exercise in favor of slowly building up muscle and cardio endurance without injury and usual onset of cold. It's paying off. My body percentage has been around 20/21/22 rather than 21/22/23 over the past month or so.
****WEIGH-IN****
--Last Week: 197.4--21% (Lowest so far this go-round)
--This Week: 196.4--21%
Down a pound. That number clearly speaks for itself. No grey about it. This was a good week.
****REFLECTION****
I will absolutely fight over the next several weeks to hit the actual 195.0 or below target. I promise that. All said though, I'm living a new life that involves better sleep, better life choices. I am at a consistently new jean size and set of stores I can shop at.
Am I dreading that 195.8 number that has plagued me for weeks on end in previous attempts to hit 195? Sure. That said I have a playlist of 20+ songs from August(.8) of 1(9)95 and will find 20 more if that's how long it takes.

I celebrate weigh-ins by picking a song from the year numerically similar to my weight (196 = 1996) and a month near or nearish to the decimal (.4 means around April)

Because when that cute girl you have a bit of a crush on (and you suspect it's mutual) tells you that she and her friends are going to see a movie Saturday and invites you to come along ........ you don't confuse her with stupid statements like, "Oh hey, my best friend and I saw that last weekend!"
Obviously not the best of their six pre-2000s movies. But one of my favorite songs from them
****CONCLUSION
We're soooo close to goal weight. Wind's not exactly at my back, but it's certainly not in my face
