Well another super cold day. Our high was 27 and it was icy white outside so I stayed inside, but was more motivated to burn calories. I walked briskly in my house and achieve 90 minutes. I then climbed on my stationary bike and pushed peddles for 20 minutes. I was then thirsty so achieved my 64 oz. of water without being challenged to make it happen. It was now time to track my nutrition for the day and it was done without going over my calorie range. Though the weather was not nice I had a good day.
