Pristiq, small group personal training at new gym

I'm waiting for the end of oct to post my weight, but I wanted to make a quick note for my future reference
I've been on Pristiq since mid Sept, and it's helped me a lot. My psychiatrist agreed that I may have fibromyalgia, and I have always had bad anxiety .. .this med helps both. I have more energy and less fatigue, and I seem to want to eat less / feel less hungry in general which is an absolute blessing.
ALSO: since I have had so much energy I've decided to get back into strength training; I've signed up for a small fitness studio where they do small group personal training sessions for women only, with all women instructors / coaches! They have some great safety measures in place: temp checks and masks required to enter, disinfection of equipment after every class, plastic curtains around the workout spaces (of which there are only 4 ), so you can work out without a mask and hopefully remain safe from covid. . . Also, if covid does get worse this winter, they offer zoom virtual classes so I can stay on track and have the accountability without the risk. The owner of the business is amazing--she seems to really care about helping women make a difference in their health and wellness. I'm super excited to see how much progress I can make in the next 12 months. I won't be cancelling my other gym membership -- we still go there to swim, and I will need to go there to use the treadmill once it gets snowy outside... I am just rearranging my budget to allow for this personal training. It's not CHEAP, but it's also not as expensive as 1 on 1 training would have been. Sure, I will have a lot less spending money and a tighter food budget for a while, but it will be SO worth it. I'm going to be getting creative with the slow cooker soon
