Day 300: Morning Hike

I had to drop Paul off at 7:30am for a colonoscopy, ugh, so I figured since I'd already be halfway there anyhow, I'd just keep going and head out to Cosumnes River Preserve for a hike. SUPER windy today, but it was so pretty out there!



So naturally, the procedure went way faster this time than the last time. I was still a couple miles out from my car when they called to say I could head back to pick him up! So I did that last part a lot faster.



Anyhow, nice for him to have it over with - I think this is his third one, ugh....each time, they find polyps so he has to keep going back fairly regularly.



Pretty quiet day today, work-wise...last housing conference of the year - YAY! - so I'll be watching some workshops this week, and I have a conference call this afternoon at 3, but that's about it.



Yesterday was a nice lazy day - took a long walk in the morning, watched the game in the afternoon. My Niners looked good!



Well, I'd better go jump in the shower before lunch. Happy Monday!
