Slow Sunday
Sunday, October 25, 2020
Ah, one of the things I’m enjoying most about retirement is being able to have a slow Sunday instead of Sunday being the day to finish up everything to prepare for the workweek. I woke up too early and was able to go back to bed eventually without concern over things to do. I woke up in time to enjoy the Sunday service at St John’s on FacebookLive, the final service for the retiring priest. I enjoy being able to attend without a long drive across Tampa Bay. Husband and I had a large salad for lunch with produce from our farm share. It’s hot and sunny, so we anticipate going in the pool later. I want to make stew with more of the farm share and biscuits for dinner even though I don’t have the ingredients for IMUSTLOSEIT1’s biscuits.
D2 is moving this week. Here are her helpers. The big one in the box is a young rowdy Norwegian Forest cat who is blind. The orange tabby is his patient guide cat.
