1st Week Back

Friday, October 23, 2020

Well, I survived my 1st week back to work and at my new job! The first two days were mostly review for me. The last 3 was a lot more learning. I have now learned the basics. I will remember it all by Monday? Not a chance. That is why they gave me the resources I will need. Monday I will start shadowing on the phones. I will listen as my lead does the talking and clicking.

Due to the weather, Thor did not get his walk 2 of the days this week. This was a first since May. We have found time to walk every day since then. I have noticed in him me being gone and no walking. We play fetch so he can run some. Still not the same.

I am working on the home/work balance. This will be a song and dance routine until I get used to it (then hopefully I will be working from home). Definitely some changes for my daughter, dogs, and myself to get used to. I will take the weekend to catch up on house stuff and rest up. Monday will be here soon enough.

Have a wonderful weekend!

SO COOL!! Sounds like it went nicely!!

I DID giggle ,, okay I DID LAUGH quite hard "Will I remember it all by Monday? Not a chance" because we've both been training this week. And today I did wait on some customers. They are doing a promotion also. I am on my own (well the leaders and other cashiers will HAPPILY help me) Sunday!! WOOHOO!! All the produce has a 4 digit code, those I'll have to remember. I know 2 out of ,,, hundreds!! It's a START!! So I DO feel for you!!

ENJOY the weekend!! I do every day it's all just fun fun fun!
