The Weather Just Went Like

Wow! The temperature changed 37 degrees colder from yesterday! A cold front blew in with heavy rain, powerful thunderstorms, and strong winds all throughout the wee hours and it's been very blustery all day today. Over the weekend, it's supposed to warm back up to 80, so my husband is going to smoke a small brisket and ribs - low and slow - on his Pecos Old Country Barbeque Smoker. We try to eat mostly chicken and fish, so this will be a cheat treat.
