This past week

This past week was hard for me. I was struggling with some depression and ate more than usual and didn't exercise very much. I think it was all do to horomones.

Woke up this morning ready to get back on that horse. Did my cardio this morning and started drinking water again (I haven't been drinking my water for a couple weeks now).

Hoping and praying that maybe this short break from everything will jumpstart my body to start losing pounds!
