I won't quit

I am going to keep at this. I lost 30 pounds and gained it back after injuries side lined me. I gained another 20 pounds when started quarantine. I have lost 14 pounds and have 8 pounds to go to get back to precovid weight. I am at my first plateau since starting. My goal is lose a pound a week so in 8 weeks I can reach my precovid weight. I want to drink 8 glasses of water a day, track my food intake aiming for 1400 calories a day max and at least 30 min of exercise a day and 1400 steps aday. I have been stuck at this weight for the past 2 months but at least I have not gained any more. I am exercising more and eating healthier more fresh organic veggies and fish, less junk and fast food. I am determined~ because I am am worth it!
