Well, I'm losing the pounds I regained, which is less fun, but at least the right direction. I tried a pilates video yesterday that was WAY too advanced but motivating. Then this morning in my email there was a 10 minute SP video for pilates for beginners, so I've saved that and am doing it today. I'm doing bike sprints today, so a shorter ride, 60 minutes, but higher intensity. My eating has been more and more on point the last few days and really planning the WHOLE day in the AM makes a difference. I used to leave dinner sort of up in the air, and that wasn't working for me:)
