Ooops! Slam on the brakes

As I might have mentioned before, my discipline for diets or challenges is usually short-lived. My motivation goes out after a week or 2. Well I am now on week 3 of the 5% Fall Challenge. For some reason this seems to be a tough week for me. Not sure is going good and so far I like my new housemate.

I decided to step on the scales this morning and I was up to 183#. That's 1.6# higher than last Saturday when I had my official Weigh-in for the team. Now 1.6 pounds might not sound like a crisis but all catastrophes start somewhere, and with my track record who knows how high the numbers on the scale can climb.

My next "official" weigh-in isn't until Saturday..2 days away. So for the next 48 hours, I will be going on a fast. NO food!!! Just coffee, tea, and water. Good thing my store got a shipment of lemons because I will be slicing up lots of them to add to my water.
